Follow the instructions below when shipping tools or equipment to Kilews West for repair, inspection or calibration.

Repair Shipping Instructions

Please ship all repairs freight prepaid to the address provided and clearly mark the shipment “Attn: Repair Dept.”

Include a packing slip inside the shipment with the following information:

  • Your name and company name.
  • Phone number and email address.
  • Return shipping address.
  • Product model and serial number, where applicable.
  • A detailed description of the issue or symptoms.
  • Confirmation if the product is being sent for calibration.
Please package all products securely to help prevent damage while they are in transit.
