Kilews Torque Meter Information
Torque-controlled tools should be checked periodically to verify
that actual fastening torque remains within the required production
range. Regular testing helps identify changes in tool performance
before they affect assembly consistency or product quality.
Kilews KTM Series digital torque meters are designed for electric
screwdriver verification. Features include selectable measuring
units, programmable high and low torque limits, rechargeable
operation, automatic zeroing, USB data output and storage for
up to 800 readings. Minimum, maximum and average torque statistics
can also be displayed.
Select a torque meter whose measuring range covers the torque
output of the screwdriver being tested. The KTM-15 is intended
for lower torque applications, the KTM-150 covers a broader
production range and the KTM-250 provides the highest capacity
of the three Kilews KTM Series meters listed here.
Kilews KTM torque meters support Peak, Real Time and Peak Down
measurement modes. The meters can measure clockwise and
counter-clockwise torque and provide USB data output for
applications where recorded torque information is required.
Kilews KTM torque meters are supplied with a certificate of
calibration. The meters also include an AC charger, rundown
joints and a protective carrying case for storage and transport.
