Screw Presenter Selection Information
A screw presenter separates bulk fasteners and places the next screw at a repeatable pickup point. This can reduce hand sorting, shorten reach time, improve rhythm and help an operator or robot maintain a more consistent fastening cycle.
Manual models are designed for an operator to remove each presented screw with a bit, magnetized tool or hand pickup method. Robotic models are configured for automated pickup and should be reviewed for rail position, sensor logic, clearance and end-effector access.
Selection depends on more than thread diameter. Confirm overall screw length, head diameter, head style, material, magnetic properties and any washers or captive components. A sample evaluation is recommended before finalizing the presenter or rail.
An external hopper increases fastener capacity and reduces refill frequency. It can be useful for longer unattended runs or higher-volume assembly cells, but compatibility must be confirmed with the selected screw presenter series.
