Warranty Information
Our warranty provides coverage against defects in material and workmanship under normal product use.
Standard Product Warranty
Kilews West products are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
DC Brushless Motors
DC brushless motors are warranted for three years from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from transportation, abuse, misuse, alteration, improper installation, or improper service.
Items subject to wear during normal use, including tool cables, carbon brushes, driver bits, and similar components, are considered maintenance items and are not normally covered under this warranty unless they are determined to be defective upon further evaluation.
Repair or Replacement
Our sole remedy is to repair or replace, at our discretion, any product found to be defective due to defects in material or workmanship.
Returning a Product for Evaluation
It is the responsibility of the user to return any product believed to be defective, freight prepaid, to Kilews West for inspection and evaluation.
Warranty Disclaimer
There is no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Kilews West be liable for business interruptions, loss of profits, harm, injury, property damage, personal injury, costs associated with delays, or any other special, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, costs, or damages.
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the product information, specifications, and technical documentation provided by Kilews West. Kilews West reserves the right to correct, modify, or change product specifications without prior notice.
